As a SAP Basis Consultant in a hybrid role with Muller's Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical support and guidance to our clients in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of their SAP systems. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional service.

What about the role responsibilities?
As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant, you will provide expert support for SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. You will lead SAP Basis projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be a key aspect of your role, optimizing system efficiency. Additionally, you will build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and proposing process optimization solutions.
What should you have to fit in this role?
Extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in SAP Basis administration, including system installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture, SAP HANA, and SAP Solution Manager.
Experience in SAP system landscape design, system upgrades, and migrations.
Proven track record in managing SAP Basis projects and delivering successful implementations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
To succeed in this role, it's nice to have:
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a consulting or outsourcing environment is preferred.
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
SAP certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration) are highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
