What about the role?

As an Oracle Applications & DB Developer, your role will be instrumental in the technical and functional development of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)R12.x. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules and develop innovative solutions to meet specific business requirements. Your expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, SQL/PL-SQL, and various development tools will be key to your success in this role.

What about the responsibilities?

·       Developing and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)R12.x architecture, including database objects, personalization, extensions, custom library development, screens, and reports.

·       Writing and modifying formulas to meet specific business requirements.

·       Utilizing SQL+ and PL/SQL for database development and maintenance.

·       Working with ADF and/or OAF frameworks for application development.

·       Utilizing EiS Express reporting tool for Oracle R12.x, including automating and scheduling reports and developing/modifying reports.

·       Demonstrating proficiency in Linux/UNIX shell scripting for automation and system integration.

·        Working with SOAP and REST web services, including creating and calling these services. Knowledge of JAVA is desired.

·       Performing OEM patching and deployment for system maintenance and updates.

·       Having experience in XML technologies such as DOM, XSD, and XSLT.

·       Preferably, having knowledge of PI Publisher, Oracle Forms, and Reports for enhanced functionality.

What should you have to fit in this role?

·       Average of 4-6years of technical/functional development experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)R12.x.

·        Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)R12.x architecture, including database objects, personalization, extensions, custom library development, screens, and reports.

·       Proficiency in SQL+ and PL/SQL.

·       Experience with ADF and/or OAF frameworks.

·       Familiarity with EiS Express reporting tool for Oracle R12.x.

·       Proficiency in Linux/UNIX shell scripting. 

·       Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services, with experience in creating and calling these services. Knowledge of JAVA is desired. 

·       Experience in OEM patching and deployment. 

·       Understanding of XML technologies such as DOM, XSD, and XSLT.

·       Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or related fields is a plus.
