What about the role? 


We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist that is results-oriented professional with a dynamic and with a passion for generating leads and driving business growth to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. Also Demand generation: Strategically attracting and engaging potential customers through marketing tactics to drive revenue growth by creating compelling content and analyzing target audience profiles.

This is a part-time remote role based in Dubai, UAE. 



What about the role responsibilities?


You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients to generate new business leads and develop a strong sales pipeline, prepare persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to showcase our services and value proposition, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and handover of clients from lead generation to project delivery.



What should you have to fit in this role? 


  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Representative, or similar role in the IT industry.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets.

  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.



To succeed in this role, it's nice to have: 


  • Strong knowledge of IT consulting and outsourcing services.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
