We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team for an on-site outsourcing role based in Riyadh. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of their IT systems.

What about the role responsibilities?
Your main responsibilities will include providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues, responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries, resolving technical problems to minimize downtime, Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement proactive solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
What should you have to fit in this role?
+5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
+3 years hands-on experience in SharePoint Site administration.
+5 years hands-on experience as a SharePoint Admin.
+5 years hands-on experience in database management.
+5 years hands-on experience in operating system management and dealing with IIS.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
To succeed in this role, it's nice to have:
.Net development experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Quick learner that can easily adapt with new systems.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s degree Computer Science related field.
A PMP certificate is a plus.
