What about the role? 

As a SAP SuccessFactors HCM professional, you will help the company manage its human resources more effectively by streamlining processes, improving communication, and increasing transparency. You may also provide ongoing support and maintenance once the initial implementation is complete.

This is a remote role based in Dubai, UAE. 

What about the role responsibilities?

You will primarily be responsible for developing training plans to ensure that employees have the skills they need to perform their jobs successfully, creating and reviewing recruitment plans to ensure that hiring goals are being met, helping the company improves its employee satisfaction through surveys and assessments of workplace culture, providing consulting services to businesses regarding human resource management best practices and working with managers to establish objectives and goals for employees.

What should you have to fit in this role? 

• Minimum 5 years experience in SAP project implementation with at least 3 years in SAP HCM projects (end-to-end) implementation.

• Experience configuring replication to SAP S4hana HCM Payroll and ECP.

• Good to have minimum knowledge of the additional two SF modules.

• Experience in Master Data maintenance and Integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.

• Strong skills in human resource management, business process reengineering,

To succeed in this role, it's nice to have: 

• Experience in working in an agile environment and using agile tools is beneficial.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Certification in SAP, ITIL, HCM, AWS, HR, PMP, or ACCA. 

• A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in human resources, human resource management, or a related field
