What about the role? 

As a SAP project manager, you oversee and implement all SAP projects. Your responsibilities include managing SAP projects, developing detailed project plans, and providing metrics for reporting. Additional duties consist of analyzing business system solutions, providing cost-benefit analysis, and working towards business objectives. Communication skills and management experience are valuable to create work plans, motivate team members, and report to company executives. Ability to coordinate with other departments is vital.

What about the role responsibilities?

• Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.

• Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.

• Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.

• Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.

• Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.

• Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder’s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.

What should you have to fit in this role? 

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in relevant fields.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex & large-scale SAP project implementation.

• Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation. Other complex ERP such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics are welcome as well.

• Possess strong business and consulting acumen.

• Posses strong stakeholder management (all levels including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.

• Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
