What about the role? 


As a Dynamics 365 Retail Technical Consultant you will be responsible for the development phases of full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Retail implementations to achieve defined business goals. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 


What about the role responsibilities?


You will be responsible for delivering business implementing the newest MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions, managing the quality of implementation projects, and developing and maintaining customizations, extensions, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform.

 You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. You will also collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure the quality and performance of the system.



What should you have to fit in this role? 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in D365  implementation with at least 3 years Experience working in Dynamics 365 Retail.

  • Good Understanding of all the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Experience in mapping processes on the software system.

  • Proficiency in customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/ 365 Retail POS modules

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Experience in product development in Dynamics 365.

  • Ability to create automation testing using ATL.



To succeed in this role, it's nice to have: 


  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.


Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise


  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Retail.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
